We apply participatory and agile methodologies like Experiential Learning / x-learning, facilitating co-creation workshops that unleash collective intelligence and exponentially stimulate the generation of ideas to co-create the future. Based on frameworks like Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies, we foster environments where together we are smarter than any individual. These spaces encourage meaningful conversations within organizations, opening paths to solutions and building new horizons.
Our proposal, Pregnating Ideas ©, promotes inspiration, ideation, and implementation of ideas conceived from the organization’s own DNA. To enrich this process, we integrate methods like the Disney Model, Open Space Workshops, and World Café Workshops, blending creativity, agility, and co-creation with Design Thinking principles. Highly effective and inspiring techniques!

Experiential Learning is a participatory methodology born from the contributions of John Dewey, championed for 38 years in Organizational Development. Based on Constructivist Theory, it has taken root both in cutting-edge education and the global corporate world. Unlike traditional teaching, Experiential Learning combines knowledge, action, emotions, and reflection.
Among the emotions we enhance are: joy, trust, surprise, attention, motivation, playful pleasure, and reward. We also develop critical thinking, guiding each experience toward generating reflections that allow for practical application, impacting goals and results.
x-learning expands this vision, adapting to both e-learning and b-learning (blended learning) environments, always with Experiential Learning as its foundation. This model enhances TEP (teaching-learning processes) and ensures that even in virtual settings, learning is transformative.
x-learning integrates the power of ICT, Debriefing, Heuristic Learning, and Metacognition. It also stimulates the creation of a PLE (Personal Learning Environment) and applies principles of Andragogy, Paragogy, and Heutagogy. All based on Constructivism and Connectivism approaches, generating memorable experiences that lead to Meaningful Learning.
The key features of in-person Experiential Learning and x-learning are summarized as follows:
